It’s that time of year again when the weather starts to shift and we pull out the sweaters, hot apple cider and start getting our bake on. Who doesn’t love to be inside on a crummy day knowing there is a warm treat heating up in their oven? As a gluten free flour company it’s always expected when you show up to a party that you will be hand delivering some tasty banana flour treat no one has tasted before. We love the pressure and it helps us rise (no pun intended) to the challenge of whipping up the next banana flour recipe for our friends and fans to have on hand for their own kitchens. This year we will be hosting our own little Halloween party at a team members house and of course we knew banana flour would be the main attraction when it comes to the dessert table. We decided pumpkin had to be the theme, after all, it is Halloween (that rhymed) .
